This was a really exciting activity for the kids - We had to hold them back at the door - they were just dying to get into the paints I think.....
Before beginning our activity we prayed and this followed by a scrumptious lunch the highlight of which was sister UmmHasan's magnificent Pumpkin soup - Masha'Allah delish....
The children bought along a light coloured T-Shirt - some bought new ones - others just bought old ones that they wanted to make look new again.

We had many children come along to this activity - they were all really enthusiastic.
We set up different stations with various materials for them to jazz up their T-Shirts.

For example: we had one table with materials to sew on their T-shirts like beads sequins, buttons and ribbon. Another table had iron on transfers which we designed and had printed on to special paper so it could be ironed straight on to their T. Shirts.(I have included them in a download zip folder at the bottom of this page)

Many went for the straight out painting and fabric crayon look

They all did a fantastic Job Masha'Allah - We put some samples of their T-Shirts - there were many more.
And how about this one - WOW!

Wow!! this one is very cute...

What a Great Job Masha'Allah

How Neat is this one....

Great Imagination here.....

Wow so much details - these are priceless.,,

Sub'hanallah they all did a wonderful job.....
Oh nearly forgot.....opps here is the downloadable zip folder full of Iron T-shirt Transfers we put together. You can buy Iron on stencil paper at your local print shop and run them off on the printer or take them to a specialty printer who will print them ready to iron for you.
